2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
1 piece (5 g) fresh ginger root [or fresh turmeric]
1½ (150 g) frozen bananas, sliced
1½ cups (215 g) frozen blueberries
Optional Add Ins:
2 cups (50g) mixed power greens
1–2 scoops protein powder
2–3 pitted dates
Toppings:
Rolled oats, toasted walnuts, cocoa nibs, hemp hearts
